Story: The movie story revolves around revenge and finding a murderer by brother for his sister's killer.
Movie Review:
The Series has a total of 10 episodes each episode is 40 minutes long. So you can watch a full series in one day. This series has lots of sex and nudity scenes so watch this series alone or along with adults. Series has bad language is used in several parts to show the intensity of the moment so avoid watching it with kids.
The series starts with Manolo Cardona as Alex Guzmán who is in jail. He got the punishment of 30 years in prison for killing his sister. But because of Alex goodness in jail, he cleared from charges in 18 years. Now as per Alex he was framed in the false case by the Lazcano family.
So the series shows the story of Alex and sister Ximena Lamadrid as Sara Guzmán in the background. Alex's mother was servent in the Lazcano family. Where Lazcano family elder son Alejandro Nones as Rodolfo Lazcano started loving Sara. Alex also a close friend of Rodolfo and his brother Eugenio Siller as Chema Lazcano. Now all these friends were having a happy time in the boat. Then will Sara riding in pursuit suddenly falls down and die. Now Lazcano family tries to close the case by putting all blame on Alex. With some fake promises, they convince Alex to accept the crime. Then Lazcano's family put Alex behind bars but as per promise they not got him out of this case in 2-3 months.
Now Alex lost his sister, then lost his mother, then lost his life's 18 years. So Alex has revenge to take from the Lazcano family. Alex decides to take revenge along with finding a real criminal. Will searching for real criminals there are lots of secrets unfold in between. Almost everybody has a reason to kill Sara, so it will be confusing to predict the criminal.
Director presented the story very nicely. The timelines of present and past are well managed which not confuse us. The emotional elements are properly added which makes us engage with the characters. All actors did good acting and the background music is decent.
This series has a slow phase you probably feel boring at some points. Too much nudity and sexual desires/connections are added which divert the series from suspense to family drama. At some point, the series feels somewhere predictable. The Series ends with lots of questions unanswered probably they will answer these questions next season.
This series has some interesting elements and because of the emotional touch you able to seat and watch the whole series. The series will surely keep your interest till end to know who is the main criminal. Overall I believe a one-time watchable series which surely not disappoint you.
Positive points of the movie:
Good acting, good story line, and nicely presented movie.
Negative points of the movie:
Slow phase of movie, predictable suspense, unnecessary nudity, and unrealistic elements.
